Volunteers
Camp Faculty are the heart and soul of each camp session. As volunteers, they care for the day-to-day well-being of campers while helping lead games and activities, guide small groups, and encourage campers as they grow in a meaningful relationship with a God who loves them.
Because of the important role faculty play, we ask that volunteers commit to the full session of camp. This consistency is essential for both our campers and the Dean who plans and leads each camp.
Our faculty are among the best around. They are expected to model Christian principles, act with integrity, and be a positive Christian example in both speech and behavior. To ensure a safe and healthy environment, all faculty complete a nationwide background check and a national sexual offender registry check.
Camp
Deans
Camp Deans are the leaders who shape and guide each camp. As volunteers, they develop the theme for their session, plan Bible teaching and programming, recruit and organize faculty, and lead activities that create meaningful, memorable camp experiences.
Because of the scope of the role, Camp Deans commit to serving from January through the final day of their camp session. During that time, they oversee planning, assign roles, and serve as the primary point of contact for everyone involved in their week.
This position is designed for experienced camp leaders who are ready to step into a greater level of responsibility. If you have previously served as camp faculty and feel called to lead and prepare a full session of camp, the Dean role may be your next step.
Summer
STAFF
Camp Staff are the backbone of daily life at camp. These individuals are employed by the camp to support day-to-day operations through roles such as cooking, lifeguarding, cleaning, guiding activities and general maintenance — helping ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on site.
Staff members work on property throughout the summer, serving both campers and faculty volunteers with consistency, care, and teamwork. Their behind-the-scenes efforts make every session of camp possible.
